Information of Harvest and Vinification
Manual harvest during the first week of March.
The wine is made in the traditional manner
in stainless steel tank with selected yeasts,
maceration and pumping over, help to get color
and flavors desired.

Tasting Notes
Color: Pale yellow color with green hues, very bright and clear.
Aroma: Fresh, complex and elegant nose, where the sweet notes of green apple and pear complement with herbaceous and floral notes.
Flavor: The palate is young, vibrant, subtly fruity and with a harmonious and a juicy finish. Round and persistent mouth with fresh and juicy finish.
Consumption temperature: Between 8-10°C
Best served with: Goes along with cold entrees, such as shrimp and oysters, as well as fishes.
